Best time to visit Aizawl

Summer (March-May) : Summers in Aizawl are sticky and warm due to the humid subtropical climate. Although the place doesn’t get much heated, humidity is generally high. The temperature remains on an average of 25°C, which is bearable. If you visit during April, you can take delight in some beautiful flowers of the hills in full bloom.

Monsoon (June-September) : Aizawl receives plenty of rainfall during monsoon; hence, it is best to avoid visiting the place during this season. Although the temperature is moderate, the humidity level remains high, which can be bothersome.

Winter (October-February) : Although it rains in October in Aizawl, it is less compared to the monsoon season. It is the month when winter begins to step in.
