In
July 2011 I visited Cairns in northern Queensland. I last went there in
1988-1989. I t has changed.
It is still a relaxing place, with wide streets full of life.
The days are quiet but the evenings are lively.
A stroll along the esplanade and dinner in one of the many restaurants
makes a great night out.
